It is fully reversible, fully lined, and has adjustable KAM snap closures. The reverse is the same fabric. What makes my bandanas better is: I add extra snaps to make them very adjustable, I take extra care so the patterns are straight, I use a minimum of three layers of fabric; two cotton sides and muslin in the middle, and I topstitch all my bandanas for durability. So, they are highly adjustable, high quality, durable, could be used for daily wear, and they are just so cute!
